It's was opened and partial put together as there are signs of wear and light scratches. Please see all pictures for condition details. It h as some spots of white paint loss around the holes of the wheel hubs. With an addition of some factory flaws like white over- spray where the white hub meets the black wheel (see pics. 8-15 for close- ups details). Has all its parts and hardware. Comes with the original instructions, paperwork and box. Being sold as is.
